Otto Refund Policy

Who this covers

This policy covers Otto Pro, the paid plan for the Otto browser extension by Dexidia Private Limited ("Dexidia", "we", "us"). Otto's free features cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them. See Otto pricing for plans and prices.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are new to Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for a monthly or a yearly plan. You don't need to give a reason.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. If Pro doesn't work because of a fault on our side and we can't fix it, we will refund the period it didn't work.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time, using the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. You won't be charged again, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period; ask for a refund if one of the cases above applies.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@dexidia.com from the email address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the refund comes from Paddle to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.

When we may refuse

We may refuse a refund if we see clear abuse, such as buying and refunding Pro again and again, or if the request is outside the periods above. If you think we got it wrong, email us and a person will look at it.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law and does not take them away. If the law where you live gives you more, such as a right to cancel within 14 days, you keep that right.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new date shown above.
