Privacy Policy

How Dexidia Private Limited handles information when you visit this website or send a project enquiry.

Who we are and scope

Dexidia Private Limited ("Dexidia", "we", "us", or "our") operates the public website at dexidia.com. This policy applies to that website, including its project-enquiry form and related email correspondence.

Future Dexidia applications, products, and client systems may process different information and will use separate privacy notices where appropriate. This policy is not an App Store privacy policy for every product Dexidia may publish.

Information we collect

Information you submit

When you use the project-enquiry form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, organization, selected project type, message, and any other information you choose to provide. The company field is optional.

Technical and security information

Our infrastructure and abuse-prevention providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested page, timestamp, referring page, security signals, and challenge results. We use this information to deliver and protect the website, prevent spam, and diagnose reliability or security issues.

The website does not provide public user accounts, behavioural advertising, or a newsletter signup. We do not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

How and why we use information

  • to receive, review, and respond to business and product enquiries;
  • to take steps you request before a possible contract or commercial engagement;
  • to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • to prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • to maintain appropriate business records, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law.

Depending on the context and applicable law, these uses rely on your request or consent, steps before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing the business, or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers only as needed to operate the website and communicate with you:

  • Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and Turnstile abuse prevention;
  • Resend transmits project-enquiry and confirmation emails from the website;
  • Microsoft 365 provides the Dexidia business mailbox that receives and stores correspondence.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable contracts, privacy terms, and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Turnstile and essential technology

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical browser and device signals necessary to provide that security service. It is not used by Dexidia for advertising. Cloudflare's processing is described in its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Retention

We do not set a single fixed retention period for enquiries. Enquiry information and correspondence may remain in our business mailbox while reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. Provider security and access logs are retained according to the relevant service settings and provider terms.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, managed infrastructure, spam protection, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this public website. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be limited by applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.

To make a request or raise a privacy grievance, email info@dexidia.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority that applies where you live.

Children

This business website and project-enquiry form are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when reasonably necessary.
